Project Details

The Noman Cole Tertiary Filtration Rehabilitation project includes the demolition of the existing and construction of the new back wash pump station. Work also includes removal and replacement of valves, slide gates, and actuators in the gravity thickener building; installation of a new force main; modifications to the chemical feed system; and other piping modifications. General trades involved with this work include: sitework, demolition, structural concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metals, roofing, doors and hardware, painting and coatings, process mechanical piping and equipment, hoisting equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and instrumentation.

The Broward County NRWWTP Fine Bubble Aeration Basin Conversion project consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the improvement and conversion of the fine bubble aeration basin, including but not limited to the demolition and removal of the existing mechanical surface aerators at modules and replacement with a fine bubble diffused membrane aeration system; removal of an existing 10,000 gallon sodium hydroxide tank and associated piping and concrete structures; construction of a new blower facility and electrical building; and all associated general, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, piping, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and control and appurtenant work.
