“PG&W was required to construct water treatment facilities for several of our surface water sources. Three of the treatment plants had very aggressive compliance dates, precluding the use of the traditional design bid-build approach. We proceeded with a fast-track design and construction approach and contracted with Gannett Fleming and PC Construction for the work. The performance of that team was outstanding. Their commitment to the design and construction of the projects resulted in all three projects being completed on or before the required dates.
