Expand your career.
Develop your future.

Entry Level Office Engineers

You are out of the classroom. Now is the time to develop your career by building upon all you have learned. No matter what your goals are, we can help you in your quest to achieve them. Just one of the tools available to recent college graduates is our unique Leadership Development Program. With roots dating back nearly 40 years, this program is built on rotations providing field, office engineering, scheduling, and estimating experience developed on-the-job. Learn more about the Leadership Development Program or visit our Employee Development page for more information about our structured training and development programs.

Co-ops and Internships

If you are still in school, our co-op and internship opportunities can deliver valuable work experience that turns academic theory into hands-on practice. While your classroom experience will be helpful in guiding you along the way, it is the hands-on experience that provides you with the necessary skills to be successful. Our internships are tailored to individual participants and take place on a wide range of diverse projects along the east coast. On any given day, our interns can find themselves working with a mechanical piping crew on a $250 million water treatment plant, assisting a project manager on a complex health care facility, or working with subcontractors on a high-tech facility. Regardless of the location and project, you will be challenged.

Let us help you expand your career.
