Dartmouth College New Hampshire Hall Construction, Hanover, NH   New Hampshire Hall Dorm Renovations, Hanover, NH: A renovation to an existing 120-bed residence hall including two additions to enclose external steel stair towers, upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and new bathrooms, student kitchens, and windows.   Dartmouth College Hitchcock Hall Construction, Hanover, NH   Hitchcock Hall Dorm Renovations, Hanover, NH: A complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing 28,000 square foot, 4-story residence hall, including life safety and ADA compliance upgrades, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a new elevator and shaft  
               
Dartmouth College Andrews, Zimmerman, Morton Dormitory Construction, Hanover, NH   Andrews, Zimmerman, Morton Dormitory Renovations, Hanover, NH: The fast-track renovation of three dormitory buildings totaling 65,000 square feet and 188 beds in just 10 weeks   Dartmouth College Boiler No. 2 Construction, Hanover, NH   Boiler No. 2 Replacement, Hanover, NH: The replacement of the existing boiler with a new 75,000 lb./hr. boiler as well as renovations to the existing steam plant and replacement of the existing 100-year old roof

University of Maine Orono Collins Center for the Arts and Hudson Museum Construction, Orono, ME   Collins Center for the Arts and Hudson Museum, Orono, ME: The renovation and upgrade of the former Maine Center for the Arts, including a new entry pavilion, new egress stairs, ADA compliant passenger elevator and toilets, and the demolition and remodel of associated support spaces and existing museum and lounge   University of Maine Orono Student Recreation and Fitness Center Construction, Orono, ME   Student Recreation and Fitness Center, Orono, ME: Construction of new 86,000 square foot, two-story recreation and fitness center with four gyms, pool, elevated indoor jogging track, multi-purpose rooms, racquetball and basketball courts, multi-purpose court, and locker rooms, as well as an administration suite, lounge, and support area; this is a LEED Silver project
