Bean Tenant Improvements, Dedham,
MA: A 29,000 square foot, two-story interior fit-up; this project is pursuing LEED Gold

Lake Placid Lodge Rebuild Construction, Lake Placid, NY   Lake Placid Lodge Rebuild, Lake Placid, NY: A new 25,000 square foot Relais & Chateaux hotel built in a traditional Adirondack rustic design with masonry walls, 17 fireplaces, 5 guest rooms, full-restaurant kitchen with a wine cellar, 80-seat formal dining room and dining porches, conference facilities, pub, board room, and library

Army Aviation and Support Facility Additions/ Alterations Construction, Bangor, ME   Army Aviation and Support Facility Additions/ Alterations, Bangor, ME: A new 32,000 square foot, two-story office space, flammables storage building, and controlled hazardous waste building as well as 30,000 square feet of renovations to the heated aircraft hangar and industrial shops; this is a SPiRiT Gold project

Pineland Campus Redevelopment Construction, New Gloucester, ME   Pineland Campus Redevelopment, New Gloucester, ME: The complete renovation of 17 buildings totaling 375,000 square feet, as well as the demolition of three buildings and the construction of several new buildings, one of which was a 37,500 square foot banquet, conference, and dining facility

Stowe Mountain Lodge Resort Construction, Stowe, VT   Stowe Mountain Lodge Phase II, Stowe, VT: A five story, 173,000 square foot addition including 136 units, 86 studio units, 2 super studio units, 48 two-bedroom units, and an underground parking garage   Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center, Stowe, VT   Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center, Stowe, VT: A new 12,500 square foot building to house a 400-seat multi-purpose theatre and various support space, including an entryway and lobby, box office, court room, changing rooms, and mechanical room

Lincoln Peak Resort Construction, Warren, VT   Lincoln Peak Development Clay Brook Residences, Warren, VT: A four story, 200,000 square foot building with 61 luxury ski in/ski out residences, private owners' lounge, year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, an underground parking garage, a 6,000 square foot slope-side restaurant seating 130 people, and a supporting wastewater treatment plant   Building A1 Base Lodge Resort Construction, Warren, VT   Building A1 Base Lodge, Warren, VT: A new 23,000 square foot two story base lodge and demolition of existing base lodge

   Sugarbush Resort Phase 1B - Ski School and Skier Services Facilities, Warren, VT: A 12,500 square foot facility to house the children’s ski school and a 14,500 square foot facility including the adult ski school, ticket sales, guest lockers, rentals and repairs, and a café; the project also includes an entrance plaza with extensive snow melt system
