PC Construction Policy for Third-party Recruiters

 

All third-party recruiters must have a signed Vendor Agreement from an authorized individual at PC Construction (Senior Vice President Mike Sessions, Director of Human Resources Nancy Shambaugh, and Recruiting Administrator Sarah Camisa) to receive payment for any placement. You must have a current agreement dated within one year of resume submission. Verbal or written commitments from any other member of the PC Construction staff are not considered binding terms. PC Construction will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter who does not have a signed vendor agreement and who has not coordinated their recruiting activity with an authorized individual.

 

All unsolicited resumes sent to PC Construction, as well as those sent to any employee other than the authorized individuals, will be considered property of PC Construction.

 

It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/supplemental staffing agencies to know this policy.
