Project Overview
The Village brings together the many offerings of this year-round destination. The expansive improvements include the 40,000-square-foot Village Center; the 20,000-square-foot member-only Club at Spruce Peak; and 19 luxurious penthouses in the 90,000-square-foot Club Residences.
The Club at Spruce Peak features a bar, lounges, locker rooms and ski valet facilities while the Village Center is dedicated to the resort’s future generation with a ski school, rock climbing wall, teen lounge, cafeteria and daycare. A 60,000-square-foot below-grade parking structure and outdoor plaza for skating and special events complete the amenities offered by this expansion.
PC’s Special Projects group contributed to the overall project with the completion of the exterior structural timber framing and siding.
