Project Overview

This 137,000-square-foot renovation and 174,000-square-foot addition within an occupied high school added much-needed space to meet the community’s student growth.

The new, multi-story steel-framed building is interconnected to the existing building. Work included extensive interior fit-up to accommodate a new cafeteria, kitchen, library, classrooms, labs and administrative space. Major renovations to the existing building involved demolition to existing structures; modifications to existing classrooms, office space, locker rooms and gymnasium; exterior window replacements; and upgrades to associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. Site work included utilities, a 338-space parking lot, seven new tennis courts, new playing fields and lighting.
